Nancy Scholink is a Co-founder and HR Advisor at Envision Initiative. She’s a long-term HR leader whose goal a few years ago was to build an organization offering high-quality HR services and support that goes beyond the traditional role of HR. She partners with business leaders to develop engaged employees and incredible company cultures.

Previously, Nancy has led HR teams across several industries, primarily in hospitals and healthcare-related companies. Her experience covers all aspects of HR (and more), and she has built departments from the ground up, scaled companies, and grown a vast network along the way. She earned her bachelor’s degree in business, an MBA, and SPHR and SHRM-SCP certifications. 

In her free time, you can find Nancy playing tennis and golf, gardening, reading, creating team-building activities, and spending time with her life partner, David, and their family.

Molly Lorenzi is a Co-founder of Envision Initiative and a licensed California attorney. She’s passionate about helping her clients navigate complex HR challenges and ever-changing regulations with confidence.

Molly began her career practicing antitrust and corporate law at an international law firm. In 2023, she made the pivot to independent practice, driven by a desire to bring corporate compliance tools to small businesses and nonprofits. Recognizing that legal advice is only one piece of the puzzle, she teamed up with Nancy to create a true full-service home for HR solutions. Molly holds a B.A. in Legal Studies and a Juris Doctor (J.D.).

In her free time, Molly’s life is filled with family time with her daughter, Stella, and husband, Luis. Rounding out the crew is Matilda, the family’s beloved Bernedoodle.

William Parsons is a Client Success Lead at Envision Initiative and the go-to contact for our clients. Fluent in both English and Spanish, he offers bilingual HR support to allow Envision Initiative to serve and connect with diverse businesses and workforces. Whether he’s leading client projects or providing daily support, William brings a natural people-first approach to HR management rooted in his background in hospitality, customer service, and sales.

Before joining Envision Initiative, William gained HR experience in talent acquisition, benefits administration, and HR compliance in multi-state environments. He holds an MBA with a concentration in Human Resources Management.

Outside of work, William shares life with his partner, Jake, and their 12-year-old dog. They enjoy hiking, traveling (13 countries so far), and exploring new languages and cultures together.

Maria Fuentes serves as a Project Specialist at Envision Initiative. With a degree in Human Resources Management, she’s a versatile HR professional who efficiently manages a wide variety of HR functions to support our clients—from payroll to recruitment and more.

Maria brings the mindset of a D1 collegiate softball athlete to every project. Her competitive background gives her a determined focus and a “team-first” approach that makes her an invaluable collaborator for our clients. She is currently working toward her MBA to further sharpen her management skills.

Outside of work and graduate school, Maria enjoys staying busy with activities including baking, photography, and running.

Desiree Peraza is Envision Initiative’s Administrative Assistant. She offers essential behind-the-scenes support, jumping in to help wherever she is needed most to keep our daily operations running smoothly.

You’ll often find Desiree supporting our HR Society events, assisting with recruitment, or creating welcome packages for our clients’ new hires. While keeping our projects organized and on time, she is also pursuing a degree in Political Science.

In her free time, Desiree enjoys a variety of creative outlets, including baking, cooking, and crocheting, as well as spending quality time with her friends and family.

Lidia O’Shields is an HR Ambassador at Envision Initiative. She supports our clients with essential payroll processes, including timely processing and auditing of timesheets, ensuring regulatory compliance, and reporting.

Drawing on a 20-year career in education, Lidia brings genuine people skills and professionalism to this HR role. With an innate attention to detail, she excels at meeting payroll deadlines and manages payroll effectively and efficiently for our clients.

In her free time, Lidia enjoys walks along the beautiful beaches, hiking, playing pickleball, dancing, and traveling.
