We're excited to unveil a suite of new services, products, and events designed to help you navigate the ever-changing landscape of HR with confidence.

We now provide hiring documents, employee handbooks, and other employment policies tailored to specific requirements in each of the 50 states. Whether your employees are located in California, New York, or anywhere in between - we can help simplify HR compliance!

Get ready for Envision Initiative Academy™️ – a training series that elevates leadership skills of business owners, managers, and HR professionals to build impactful and inspiring workplaces. Our first module, "EI Academy for Managers", will be released in Q1 of 2024.

Through practical videos and expert insights, managers will learn to hire and onboard the best candidates; build high-performing, productive, and engaged teams; navigate wage & hour compliance; and empower employees to show up as their whole selves with diversity & inclusion initiatives.

EI Academy for Managers will be available for purchase through our website. Stay tuned for our official launch of this exciting product!

January 24-26, 2024: We're hosting a sponsor booth at the 43rd Annual Agricultural Personnel Management Association (APMA) Forum at the Monterey Plaza Hotel. If you're attending the forum, please swing by to chat with our team, discover our new offerings, and learn how to elevate your HR practices.

March 2024: We're excited to announce the theme of our next workshop in March – "Ethics in the Workplace". Our program will include:

  • Recognizing and preventing fraud with guest presenter John Hubanks (Monterey County Deputy District Attorney)

  • Understanding generational differences in work ethic

  • Exploring HR's role in minimizing ethical conflicts

The exact date and location will be released shortly. This workshop will be free to attend. Participants are encouraged to make a donation to Set Free Monterey Bay's Career Training & Advancement Program for survivors of human trafficking.

We can't wait to connect with you to build resilient, ethical, and thriving workplaces in 2024 and beyond!
