Gene Holloway
Gene Holloway received a PhD in Industrial Organizational Psychology in December of 2022, and has over 15 years of experience resolving systemic barriers in communication, handling cultural diversity training issues, tackling organizational diversity, equity and inclusion, and facilitating leadership development.
Gene provides consulting services for a range of entities, including:
Higher education institutions
Fortune 500 companies
Municipal, state, and federal agencies
U.S. Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines, and Coast Guard
Nonprofit organizations across the U.S., Africa, India, England, and South America
Gene also founded the 501(c)(3) non-profit OrganizatIOnal Empowerment, which provides strategic leadership and training for graduate students in Industrial Organizational Psychology programs.
👉 Gene started collaborating with Envision Initiative as a Consulting Partner in October 2023 to provide expert guidance in crafting DEI and accessibility resources for our clients. Our mission at Envision Initiative is to create a healthy corporate culture where people are seen, heard, and empowered to grow.
